Collective Bargaining Ontario

Collective Bargaining Ontario provides neutral collective bargaining information and resources for use by the labour relations community, the public and all levels of government.

Developed by the Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development, this website features resources and tools that provide labour relations information and trends in Ontario using interactive graphs, charts, searchable databases, and reports.

These resources are aimed at supporting successful collective bargaining and a stable labour relations climate by providing access to open and transparent information.

Interactive Analytics

Collective agreement data is at your fingertips with our fully customizable reports, allowing you to tailor the information that you need in real-time. Many of the charts in each report allow you to drill down into more detail. You can also access the collective agreements related to the data that you're reviewing. You can also export charts as well as the raw underlying data.

All of our interactive reports conform to the specifications as outlined in Ontario's Open Data Directive.
